Yay, Dave’s back!
There’s a pretty cool interview with Peter Jackson at Radio NZ:
He sounds tired, but also very relaxed and content. Some topics covered are:
the material that is scheduled to film next summer (apparently it’s not mainly Battle of Five Armies as previously suspected, but a bunch of other scenes, too),
the fact that the chances for another Tolkien movie are pretty slim,
the decision to film in 48 fps (he compares the scepticism surrounding the new technology to the change from vinyl to CD – music wasn’t supposed to sound that clear back then, just as images aren’t supposed to be that clear and sharp nowadays).
It’s really worth the time!
